1. INTRODUCTION & AGREEMENT
By accessing and using the Cornerstone Tax & Accounting website, submitting tax documents, or engaging our tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, and tax planning services, you ("Client," "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
This agreement is between you and Cornerstone Tax & Accounting, a South Carolina tax preparation and accounting firm ("We," "Us," "Our," or "Firm").
These Terms and Conditions work in conjunction with any signed Engagement Letter. In case of conflict, the Engagement Letter takes precedence.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Cornerstone Tax & Accounting offers:
Individual income tax preparation and filing
Small business tax preparation and filing
Bookkeeping and accounting services
Tax planning and tax strategy consulting
IRS correspondence support (audit representation will be available upon request)
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We prepare tax returns and provide accounting services based on information YOU provide. We do not conduct independent audits or verification of documents unless specifically arranged in a separate engagement letter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided to us.
3. PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Cornerstone Tax & Accounting is pursuing Enrolled Agent (EA) credentials with the Internal Revenue Service.
We prepare returns in accordance with current tax law and IRS regulations as of the preparation date.
Tax laws change frequently and are subject to interpretation. Returns we prepare may be subject to future amendments based on law changes, IRS rulings, or audit adjust
